Terms & Conditions

Enrollment and Payment:
Enrollment in the classes is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability. Full payment including deposit must be received in advance to secure a spot in the class.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be given for missed classes, late appearance, or cancellations due to inclement weather. If a student needs to withdraw from the program, a 30 days written request must be submitted, and the deposit refund will be issued according to the following schedule:

More than 30 days before the start of next month’s class: Full refund

15-30 days before the start of next month’s class: 50% refund

Less than 15 days before the start of next month’s class: No refund

Scheduling and Attendance:
Classes will be held at the scheduled time and location. If a student is more than 10 minutes late, they may not be allowed to join the class. If a student misses a class, they are responsible for catching up on missed material.
Instrument Requirements:
Students must provide their own instrument unless otherwise stated. www.mdppas.com (PPAS) will provide a list of recommended instruments and suppliers.
Behavior:
Students are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards the instructor, other students, and the equipment. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of enrollment.
Liability:
www.mdppas.com (PPAS) will not be held responsible for any injury or damage sustained by a student while participating in the program.
Copyright:
All materials, including syllabi, handouts, and recordings, are protected by copyright law and may not be reproduced or distributed without the written permission of www.mdpass.com (PPAS).
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
www.mdpass.com (PPAS) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
By enrolling in the program, students acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
